Meet the professionals the community has welcomed into the CX Hall of Fame.
Each June at CX Summit Lisbon, the community welcomes a new class, and each inductee keeps the honor for life. Starting with the Class of 2027, the curators choose each new class from the honorees of the rankings in all countries.

The Global CX Alliance publishes the rankings once a year today, and plans live rankings that update continuously in 2027.
No one can nominate, pay or campaign for a place in a class.
Each inductee receives a profile page and the Inductee badge to share with peers.
The Class of 2027 will be the first class chosen from the rankings. The community will welcome the class at CX Summit Lisbon in June 2027.

The Global CX Alliance curated these classes by hand, so alumni profiles show the induction without ranking scores.
