  3. 03The honorees learn of their places on ranking day.

    Each of the 50 honorees receives a recognition graphic, a certificate and a congratulations email. The curators choose each new class of the CX Hall of Fame from honorees like these.

  4. 04The market celebrates its honorees for 12 months.

    The Global CX Alliance publishes the ranking on cxhalloffame.com for 12 months, with the sponsor shown above the ranking.
