Methodology

Public evidence first.

Rankings and awards use separate records. Rankings read the current evidence window. Awards recognize sustained contribution after separate review.

How the records separate.

A country ranking is a time-windowed public evidence outcome. It reflects the strength of the public record during the review period.

A CX Hall of Fame award is a recognition outcome. It requires sustained contribution, role confidence, evidence recurrence, source quality, field impact, and ratification.

A person or company may rank in a country cycle without becoming a CX Hall of Fame award winner.

How evidence is read.

Every scored record uses public evidence inside the declared review window. Evidence from outside the window does not score in that cycle.

Practitioner records are read across trust, reach, operating depth, field influence, and business impact. Company records are read across trust movement, proof strength, belief spread, record noise, and delivery match.

Recognition endorsed by The Global CX Alliance.
